Self check-in available: keypad access at the gate and private keybox at the apartment door.

Smoking area available only outside the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Safety

The apartment is equipped with smoke, gas and carbon monoxide detectors.

The outdoor area is monitored by video surveillance for guests’ safety.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available in the streets near the apartment. There is a large parking area in front of the entrance on the opposite side of the house. Inside the courtyard there is also space for bicycles and motorcycles.

Is the apartment close to public transport?

Yes, the bus stop is just a few steps from the apartment and connects directly to Cagliari city center, Poetto beach, the Policlinico hospital and the university area.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, the kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and everything needed for short or long stays.

Is it suitable for work or study stays?

Yes. The apartment is quiet, well connected and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for smart working, students or business stays. The workspace is located in the main bedroom and includes a desk and a comfortable adjustable chair.

Is the apartment suitable for long stays?

Yes. Thanks to its spacious rooms, equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi, Su Firindeu Apartment is also ideal for long vacation, study or remote working stays.

Are there supermarkets and services nearby?

Within walking distance you will find Conad and Lidl supermarkets, pharmacies, a pizzeria just 10 meters away, cafés, pastry shops, ATMs and several useful services for your stay.

Is the apartment quiet?

Although located in a strategic and well-connected area, the apartment offers peaceful and relaxing spaces, perfect for resting after a day in the city or at the beach.

Is the apartment on the ground floor?

Yes, the apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible with luggage, strollers or wheelchairs.
