in the living room. A particularly suitable option
for families with older children, teenagers or adults.

Our apartment is located in Monserrato, in the metropolitan area of Cagliari, in a strategic position to easily reach the city center, Poetto Beach, the University Hospital and the university campus.
The area is perfectly connected to central Cagliari thanks to several public transport lines (CTM M, 8, QS, QSA, QSB and 19), with a stop just a few steps from the apartment entrance.
Near Su Firindeu you will find pizzerias, cafés, sandwich shops, pharmacy, ATM and many useful services during your stay. The nearest supermarket is about 600 meters away.
Close to the apartment you will also find Terramaini Park, one of the most beautiful parks in the Cagliari area, perfect for walks, outdoor relaxation, sports and children’s play areas.
Walking toward the center you can also discover the historic heart of Monserrato, with charming streets and traditional Campidanese houses with ancient gateways.
